as we lost all our threads from yesterday i thought id start this one again.
so im on my last build and have a set of nos second gen comp 3's 1.75 but ive got a hankering to use knarler knobbys 1.5 instead just to be a bit differant.all my other bikes have comp 3's of various labels so a change might be nice although when you have second gen comp 3's to use you should use them ,right?? the wheels they are going on are 1.75,i already have two bikes running 1.75 wheels but with 1.5 comp 3's and it works and looks fine.so whats your thoughts,knbbys or comps?? $:-\$

Just see what they look like Mark and go with what ever your happy with. I think a different set of tyres when we see them lined up may be nice but you definitely wont loose any points for sticking with the comps either.

Knobies, and if the 1.5's look too skinny you've got the Comp 3's instead

now its getting confusing ,plus i already have third gen comp 3's in fat thin combo to use if i want although the labels have faded and the walls are a little discoloured in places

Crumbs, if you're like this with the tyres on your bike, what are you gong to be like when it comes to making your mind up over what tyres to fit to your stabilisers
