What are these bars?

These were stripped of from the DP I got hold off Saturday, I think they may be Redline? But they have no bracket for a plate and the ends are open at the clamp end?





Any help would be great

Not made by Redline - lot of stuff manufactured on their behalf by MCS though - have a look here for a potted history:

Also that RL means RL OSBOURN  :daumenhoch: And not RED LINE .............. Thats why they are like FORKLIFTER bars   :coolsmiley:
