« on: March 11, 2011, 07:21 PM »
Haha, I ordered a nice little item from a well known chick who rocks and got a pair of shiny Skyway tuff 2's instead, now they want me to post them on  :2funny:, anyone on here waiting for some tuff 2's from the rocking chick?

Make sure he pays you first, it is a legal requirement that he collects/pays for them to be sent somewhere else and that slippery fook would most likely try everything to avoid paying you to send them on  :daumenhoch:

Do not send them on until you are paid for :

The cost of the postage£11 royal mail
The cost of the Packaging £5
Your time and inconvenience £5

I wouldnt do if for less   unless it was someone on here that made the mistake

surely if the seller has sent item to wrong customer he should immediatly resend item to correct customer to keep him happy then its up to the seller to retrieve his original item if he can be bothered if he cant someone has a free set of wheels  :daumenhoch: :LolLolLolLol:

defo he should correct his mistake if he values customer service at all - I did post something about how you're entitled to keep 'unsolicited goods' but removed it again after a bit more reading (that law is to stop companies sending you stuff and expecting you to pay unless you send back to them)
stuff sent in error (and spotted) by sender unfortunately doesn't count as unsolicited goods, but I would in no way be in any rush to send back

not saying keep em, don't want you getting in trouble BUT you should defo get paid UPFRONT for the trouble/cost of sending them back
considering he's sitting on a dragon's hoard of bits I'm sure he could easily send another pair out to andy's bro and in the meantime wait for you to send back the wheels

not up to you to sort out his mistake

its not like the original buyer cant prove he's not recieved them as its another rad member who's declared he has them by mistake and contacted the seller,so where's the problem on the seller behalf,i would imagine a very large percentage of his sales is by rad members so if cant sort this out asap contact him to let him know we will boycot the bugger that should make his arse twitch  :LolLolLolLol: :daumenhoch:

I already 'boycotted' him in the sense that I have never bought anything from him and hope never to be desparate enough to do so
was a close call with the Haro fork top hat axle spacer thingies though (thanks again Voivod  :daumenhoch:)

Jon,

i wouldn't expect you to send them mate and be out of pocket. I know where they are as you've been honest on RAD. I'm happy to wait for them. My brother can't fit them to his Haro yet anyhow as he doesn't have any tyres.  :LolLolLolLol:

I've emailed Biaggio and asked the question myself, sadly he hasn't replied to me neither.

Don't send mate till you've got money out of him, jut let me know whats happening if you hear anything.
