I'll be amazed if thats a genuine advert, bike looks restored and photo taken by someone into bikes.  Far too clean looking for something stored in a shed for years.

If it's genuine, looks like a great score!

unless he already had a piccy of it, then something's up with the advert for sure, look at the grass and the sunny day, pic taken in the summer and it looks really clean and tidy.

Shame as I know someone in Wyke who could have checked it out in the flesh. I wonder if they've just used someone else's photo to go with a cr@ppy 16" bike (going by the age range quoted)?

Bike in the picture looks like a Blue Max - no way he's legit.

Just phoned him said I'd like to come and see the bike he says "What bike" 

So I describe his picture and he ays "Oh yeah I know the one" 

He then says it's only a little tiny one though for kids

Reckon he's just grabbed that pic and the true bike looks more like this............




Either that or he's waiting for you to come and see it so him and is mates can fill you in when you get there

Money of stupid people.there was a 1988 master a few mths back on there.i emailed the fella.and got a money transfer request of him.lol.said once i paid he will send the bike.also he had it listed as near heathrow i think.but he was at Canada.think that made me laugh was his email addy was jesica parker lol

Peeps im sure loads of you know but if not gumtree is a mine field for dodgy for sale adds just to get people to turn to be ripped off for th cash I'm their pockets by a load of street rats

This is mostly London bassed but I'm sure it's everywhere

I have bought loads of things of gumtree but I would advise if it's too good to be true then it's a stay clear job
Or at least go with a few friends even in daylight and to the persons house

A good friend of mine was held at knife point and robbed from a gumtree add so think twice and have company just incase

I know this isn't what's happening here but for future reference 

And as much as the police do monitor gumtree it just keeps happening as it has no security like eBay

Thankfully i have been very lucky with add web sites like dis. but i do have a few rules cash on pick up! yep always take a friend  my friends name is cosh  . and if it's to good to be true then BEWARE

funny thing is gumtree is owned by ebay anyway . if it`s a bargain then why isn`t it on ebay as most people know about it as blimey all i hear all the time is sell it on ebay . most people who buy off gumtree sell it back on ebay anyway  .
