Yesterday was great... 3 months since I last lined up on the gate (or even rode my bike for that matter !!) and I was feeling the pain from practice lap no.1...!!

Great racing, great banter and the guys in Old Skool are all legends... missed you guys over the winter months...

Was chuffed to make the A Final after a long break in riding 

Only negative... I missed my romantic lunch break with Diggler.

just checked as i was struggling a bit with health and fitness etc etc and a 33lbs bike too lol.i was actually 7 seconds faster this year than in last years race there .i could only manage to get 1 second difference on my times in all 4 races which i found amazingly odd lol.so im pleased at my move forward with the fitmness training and the track time at bradford to which i can thank oggy for that (gates till u puke attitude seems to be working a bit matey )

great great day and cant waqit for the next one may have to go back to the brackens now though holmes is tad heavy for me lol

yeaqh i was faster on bad bike so next time on me brackens i hoppoe to imporve even more .still to put it in perspective it took me 51 seconds to the line and the payback guys were over in 33 seconds.BOf was over the line oin the final at 43 seconds,beard wwas 8th in the a final 48 seconds,the winner of the b final was 47 seconds .so therews not lot in it really between a and b finals its all about qualifying for one of em too.

if the holmes weighed the same as the brackens id use it all the time for sure the geo and ride on em is spot on to be honest i love it .maybe lighter set forks will help somewhat as i have diutchforks on there

'kin ell Greg thats a bit complicated...... let me get me head round all that ?    is that the same as   " Go that way as fast as you can" ,,,,,   must admit been watching   the footage and i'm now shouting at the screen at myself  "why aren't you pedaling could have got 10 cranks in there" ,   the old school series was always great to watch,   takin part makes you look at things a bit different,
