had a great night at bones last night but have bent my chainring on me haro .first q is how the hell do i get the crank arm off as they arent pinch ones do i need a certain tool to pull it off and has anyone got one i can use???'tried the old rubber hammer but man these splined things are mega tight
next thing is anyone got good 39t chainring that will fit me haro 3 piece off a mirra flair cheers guys

i got one of them do they still use them for the new school cranks as well thought they be different for some reason .
