Pro Class rims

Did they ever come chrome plated?  Anyone ever had them chromed?

Yes.

The pro-class II were originally available in chrome and came fitted with chrome hubs, chrome spokes and black alloy nipples 

I haven't heard of many success stories at all with re-chroming alloy rims - it didn't exactly work greatly back in the day but these new "eco friendly" chroming processes of today which people are having trouble with don't seem to suit alloy at all

I've had some alloy rims chromed before and they came out great ... i'll take these pro class down there and see what they say .. cheers

Mine are OG chrome and minto

I had a set of NOS alloy silver ones, had them chromed with london chromers, came out perfect, no pitting , looked factory.

"Pro-steel" were chrome but the early pro class II alloy were chrome also
