Ignore the tards in the corner!!! If its a US BB (Big one with a one piece crank) then you need to remove the pedals first, then undo the lock nut first (remember its a right hand thread!). Then remove the washer, then undo the the large one the same way. Remove the bearing race and slide the crank out the other side.
