The bars are chrome but have marks int the Chome is what Griff said to me (Minor Whirls)
not going to polish that out sorry to say some hard work polishing may cover it a bit - but will never get it all out / polished down looks like a sand down before powder - so any chance just to powder again ?
Are you in the Midlands this Weekend Griff?, if you get anywhere near Leicester you can come and try on my mop, only got blue polish though, for general polishing I think. Or just buy a bench grinder and polishing kit, dead useful for loads of stuff (justify it to Mrs Griff thus!)That museum thread looks good
