Any way I can get a free wheel off without the proper tool ? Also is it lefty loosy ?

and looking from the top (freewheel side) yes

You may well sacrifice the freewheel though.

Get the proper tool dude,or else you will fook up EVERY one you try to remove.

Park tools fr-6 is the one you want,fits most of em :daumenhoch:

 :) BMXCity had Suntour 4 pin removal tools for less than a fiver.I`ve had mine for years and it`s a good bit of kit.,slides over the axle & locks in place with the wheelnut and has a good area to clamp a quite large adjustable for max leverage. :daumenhoch:

If it's no good and not going back on, you could use a hammer and screwdriver/punch.
