Autosol, Elbow greese and soft cloths

Hand polished will give it a nice clean finish

Machine polishing it will ruine the ball burnished finish

Just my 2 pence

Here's one I hand polished:

If your gonna sand it dont touch the welds, you'll smooth em out ruining the frame

If you don't want it super shiny then get some very fine scotchbrite and put oil on it. I've found that if you don't press hard you get a pretty uniform finish without fine scratches and a slightly matt finish once the oil has been cleaned off. It gets very messy but lesve it a bit closer to ball burnishing.

Having said that I've polished my one anyway as I am a bit of a tart.  ;)

Thanks for that im still unsure of how to build this yet, whether to add the tuffs I have or get some araya's. Ive got some alloy bars so I was gonna build a mega light bike !!!!
