evening gates will start up again next Tuesday from 6pm until 7.30ish. The plan is to run a couple of weeks with some chilled out relays and races

followed by the official MK Crew evening series (details to be confirmed) but those of you who came last year know it was great fun

Some times this over opinionated Peter Kaye look a like comes down from Birmingham smelling of Ribena and Cod.

But thats all good, you can throw rotten vegetables and eggs at him.

Last year's summer evening series was great fun. Can't wait till Tuesday night Dino.
