so, stem wedges the cast iron type there shite  :tickedoff:  :tickedoff: ,    had one strip out today first time out on the new ride ,

i fixed it the way we used to bitd by badly welding     :D        a couple m8 nuts to it so it'll last for now , anyone know if you can get a steel version ?

cheap generic       Kalin   i think ,  i probably over tightened it, fookin popeye arms  :LolLolLolLol:  , i made a load bitd in metalwork at school but used em up over the years

that be cool   :daumenhoch:  nothing tricky about em but i haven't got access to a machine shop so its a pain doing em by hand, like everything else takes five mins with the right gear,    often thought about investing in a little bench top lathe,  there's been loads o stuff i've had over the years where i've thought i'm sure i could make one that'll last a lot longer , become my own rider owned company   ;D, the problem with these cast ones is there has never been enough thread on em ' if you tap em out to 10 mm they still give out,  the steel ones i knocked up  outlasted,the stems,     like the Tuf Neck wedges this is the same one but of another stem i want to keep intact
