Luckily, this was at the powder coaters when the others went last week.

The last few bits arrived this morning, so built it and got it in the sun for a photo. I am really chuffed with the result.

It cost me Â£36 complete on ebay before christmas, a 2007 ish x24, they are only a cheapy bike, but full chromo. The flights are a bit of an indulgence, but I felt I deserved a treat!!

I feel a cheeky lunchtime pint coming on!!!

That looks really nice, good job. Dont listen to pickle, he is well old fashioned

If you pull the bars back a smidge, to be in line with the forks, the front end wont feel as heavy and it will ride better to

Yeah, I know about the bars, to be fair, I havent ridden it yet, first ride I shall take a few allen keys and adjust it to my athletic physique!

Has cost a bit more than that now, but was a good start I reckon.

I think this is the best looking bike i've done (so far!), even the Mrs likes it, and she doesn't like bikes!!!

You do have a way with bikes dude... ignore Pickle...Rob loves his 'motorbike' tyres... the ones you have look sweet and give it the style LACKING in so many new school bikes

Good job that union jack seat got stolen... or did they unscrew it and leave it behind when they robbed your bike.
