I'd lace the one side to an old rim and spokes

Then use a freewheel remover

I would have used one if I had one at the time
But was in a rush  :-\

Oddly I have some gash spokes and an old 36H rim waiting up here in a vice with a freewheel spinner so fingers crossed it will work or I can use it as a paper-wieght >;-)

i had a set bitd laced to some 7x rims, think i threw them away in the end as the "cones" kept coming loose as the grub screws didn't hold them in place !
from memory Bill had a set as well
