« on: December 27, 2010, 01:50 PM »
Hey guys.
Got this tredda, debating to build, sell complete or break for bits!!

Dont know much about it,
Chrome frame with single hole front gusset, weird rear square tubed part of frame.
SR ms422 Stem, red (pink) sugino ms40 spider/chain ring, sugino CR-MO cranks, 20" SUN 01-92 Rims, shimano & wald hubs, straight bars-possibly CW. gt 26t stunt pegs
Red cables, polygon brakes, Tai Yung comp 3 tyres.
only thing on frame is ...... A2006610.
Heres a few pics, any ideas?

It's a Jan 82 Mongoose Frame mate.  :4_17_5:

EDIT>>>> Not Mongoose forks though. Sugino OPC is nice though, bit of a polish, happy days. If you're gonna strip to sell then most of it is bin fodder. Frame's nice as is the crank set up.

Where the rear brake is, are there 3 holes in the bridge or one ????? If there is 3 then it's a Supergoose.

If the forks are Tange they will have T or Tange stamped on the steerer tube  :daumenhoch:

But they look a little foobar'd to me  :-\

No sign of any stamps on forks, going to get cleaning in a mo regardless!
Cranks and frame only have slight dusting, wiping off simply with a cloth.

Oh and no 3 holes on brake mount.

You'll have to remove the forks from the frame to see the letter T.  :daumenhoch:

Yep that's the same frame mate although that one has original stickers and better chrome than yours.

If you want a quick easy sale then sling it up for about £85.
