That's not going to happen.  In 1985 Skyway did away with the metal /  alloy flages for a reason... they did have some failure issues, and the current revision is the best from a structual standpoint.  Skyway did toy with the idea 2 years ago of doing a Andy Patterson "retro Tuff II" with the flanges.  The old rivet machine was brought in from storage, and cleaned and lubed up, and it caught on fire once it was started up.
 That ended that thought.......
