me

I don't know if you'll be able to see it, but there is a nice bit of road rash on my face.  I crashed pretty bad in practice 10 minutes before this picture was taken.  I nose dived to flat bottom and knocked myself out.  I woke up to Fiola asking me if I was ok.  I smashed my left knee, hip, shoulder, face and certain other parts that line up with the gooseneck.  I still managed to get 2nd place in the expert class.

Tony Murray, he won the expert class

Fiola

Dave Vanderspeck

and Hugo Gonzales with a 360 transfer over the fence, Vander with arms raised in the background

enjoy

I still LMAO every time I see it, I blame it on the 80's.

I think I have, or had, some of the 84 and 85 KOS on video but the last time I tried to watch it the picture was terrible, lots of static and the audio was distorted.  Me thinks it's no good anymore.  A friend of mine went to the del mar event in 85 and video taped it but I never saw the video and lost touch with the guy.

The photo above must have been some anomoly, usually I rode Mons with rectors and no lid. :idiot2:
I must have been ready to try a trick that I knew I would hit head first thus saving any additional wear and tear on my rectors. :LolLolLolLol:

I'm working on it.  Is it just me and my computer, or does it take a loooong time to upload pics to photobucket?  I swear it takes me 15-20 minutes to upload 5-6 pictures and I have a pretty fast broadband.

Sometimes it`s quick, sometimes it`s not. Perhaps it depends on how many people are using it at the same time  ???

Some of my negatives did have some water/moisture damage.  The Dominguez and Blyther pics apparently got wet and stuck to the wax paper sheet that holds the negatives.  The quality suffered on many pics but the content was still there, so I posted them anyway.  I still have a bunch more that didn't make the post because of damage like that.  Theres a color picture of Vanderspeck at del mar and it looks like he has a snake wrapped around his wheel but its just water damage.
you've got a keen eye CSI Spicoli, but you'll never find the bodies. :LolLolLolLol:
