I sent a frame and forks thru Interparcel.com,they subbed it to UPS and cost £43 including £2 extra insurance and it arrived at the door in just under 24 hours.Great recommendation from SBD.

A little off topic as it's reversed, but some guy told me it'll cost 490 dollars to post a frameset from USA to UK.

I nearly wept.
