one more time for the sweet souvenir... rad rides?
« on: November 24, 2010, 10:08 AM »

i took these updated shots for the rad rides project,
i've done tinkering with this now as its pretty much where i wanted it to be,
i'm going to concentrate on the Ti barcode,

as always building these bikes helps as a distraction from my psychosis,
something to focus on i guess,
anyways, its my rider

frame - Terrible One custom for paul buchanan, front end is a moodyhick rear end from a ruben, "21.5 top tube
fork - s&m race fork
bras - T1 "8.25
stem - battered and polished s&m redneck xlt with Ti bolts
headset - campagnolo chorus - polished - carbon/polished spacers - Ti topcap bolt
crank - profile race - Ti axle and Ti bolts - polished spacers
c/wheel - s&m tuffman polished - Ti timing bolt
pedals - s&m 101
chain - kmc 710sl ti-nitride
seat - s&m slim
post - thomson - polished
clamp - RNC Ti
brake - ad999 - polished - Ti bolts - Ti springs
pads - heatsink - polished - B6 Ti nuts
hanger - onza chillpill - polished - mother of pearl inlaid
lever - odyssey trigger - chrome - Ti bolts
cable - nokon konkavex - polished
barends - x-lite - Ti bolts
f/wheel - chris king - B6 Ti bolts - sun rhyno lite
r/wheel - profile SS cassette - Ti axle - Ti nuts - Ti spokes - sun bfr
tyres - primo dirt&V-monster
grips - odi longernecks

what do you dudes think?

has anyone else on here got something in the rad rides project?

rad rides is a bmx book about to drop,

stem was aŁ5 ebaybargain that some pissflap tried to strip with a bastard file, i batterted it for an hour or so and then polished the fook out of it, when i find a decent engraver it'll have some flowers on the polished bits,

THAT T1 is my last project, i'm stretching it out..... :-[

thanks for the kind comments! :-*

Its a work of art Joe  :4_17_5: love the bling of the Kings, chain and profiles etc against the raw frame. Keep the psychosis, its what makes us unique. Don't stop brother.

thank you very much,

maybe something about it reflects my slightly schizoid personality,
nice as fook and a complete cnut at the same time,

the rust and the shiney alloy,
the battered/polished stem,

"2face"

rad,

cheers again,
check it out on CycleExif next week... :-*
