« on: November 08, 2010, 11:52 PM »
So I finally got around to finishing my Haro projects, on the very day the FST was collected by it's new (lucky!) owner :'( :'(

1988 Sport (I furkin luuuuuurve this bike!) - check out Del's custom decals again - the man is a god!

1988 FST (yes, the correct seat-tube decal is on it's way from Del towers!)

Group hug before they parted company..... :coolsmiley:

Hope you like them kids - took me long enough to finish them >:D :daumenhoch:

Yep, that chrome and blue one is the fooka that tried to kill me on a concrete pipe a few years ago and gets ridden everywhere, hence the Radchester decal >:D

The FST was the Beyonce out of this Destinys Child of Haros... and you let her go  :shocked:

Rage, rage against the dying of the light."

I bet Kelly rides better than B so there may be method in his madness.   :)

They all look pretty sweet to me TBH.  I can't see any seat guts on the Gen 1 - does it have one of those modern posts (which clamp the rails) fitted?

Cheers for the compliments guys :coolsmiley:

Unfortunately my wife can easily count to 6 so I had to let one of them go as there's a three more Mongooses and an Ammaco in the lock-up, and I promised I'd keep my habbit to a manageable 5 (one of the Mongooses is my daughter's, even though she's only 2!)

I've had the FST for a couple of years and my mate on here had been after it for a while, so I let him have it for a mates rate as I really wanted it to go to a good home and I also wanted to keep the Sport as I've always wanted something custom and it looks and rides the nuts  :smitten: :smitten:

It was tough, but one had to go........ :-\

Still got 2 sets of blue alloy-hubbed Tuffs mind >:D

ps - Ozone, the seat guts are upside down on all my rides, just like we did back in the day..... just a daft habbit of mine :daumenhoch:

FST = 18.5"
Sport = 19.25"

I had an FST a while back which had Tri-moly tubing instead of the cro-mo used on the Sport and Master models.  ;)

Naked? What, like this?

Well Matt's just sent me this pic of how he's put a few final touches to the bike and it now looks like this - a final couple of tweaks (yes, the seatpost tube decal is still on Del's "to sort" list!) and he's gonna ride the bugger like it was supposed to be - good lad  >:D >:D

It left my garage  looking like this :daumenhoch:

But with a couple of tweaks already it looks like this :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
