Free Agent I.D Please

hi peeps ive got this free agent frame n forks sitting around and am having trouble finding out what one it actually is

i think its a junior due to the small BB, wheels are 20 inch and thats all it will take

top tube measure in at 18 or 18 n half inch

am i correct or way off

any help appreciated

is that a euro BB shell ? if so that and the frame proportions would sugguest a junior / mini

bb is stamped kajita sealed bearing

mega light almost toooo light if you know what i mean, would get some mega air from it
