I had this problem once before Russ with a set of generic 3pc cranks and managed to shim them with strips of coke can. Worked fine, and are still being successfully used by the lad I sold them too.

Some midschool flights have the same issue, they use a very thin top hat washer/spacer to pack out the bearings.

I need a sealed 20mm bb for the original cranks that came with my 97 diamond back reactor team.

Custom Riders do the D20 one for around £20 inc axle, bearings & a ton of washers/spacers.

I had this with some Redline cranks. I put a  allen bolt in the end and spun it on a drill and filed it down to fit 19mm bearings both sides >:D

Russ, if you have a set of 20mm bearings in USA cups then sell them to me bud or I'll buy you a 19mm USA set and swap you.

I need 20mm and can't find them about, but plenty of places sell the 19mm standard sort, like this fella :daumenhoch:
