Seat Rails

Got a lovely Kashi Aero but alllas the rails have pitted a bit.....can you get the blighters out?

You could try sticking it in a bowl of hot water for a bit to soften the plastic and then pulling the rails out.  Or you could leave them in and try the coke and foil method.

  Done the coke and foil thing on an old Diamond back i had....guess i'll crack on with that. Thanks for the reminder Stevo
