Right heres the science bit...

- All Saturday nights in January are currently available.

- Private Sessions are 9.00pm onwards - this can run to 12 o'clock or even 1am.

- Sessions are £160 per hour for ALL the park ( inc. vert ramp ) for 30/40 people.

- This rate is £10 less if we don't have the foam pit and £15 per hour less if we don't have the vert ramp.

- Anyone arriving early - from 4.30pm onwards - can join the final session for £5 per person.

So... for a 9pm to 12 session with the vert ramp and without the foam pit for 40 people this would be :

3hrs x £150 = £450

£450 / 40 riders = £11.25 ( plus £5 if you join the early session til 9pm )
£450 / 30 riders = £15 ( plus £5 if you join the early session til 9pm )

This seems workable for me based on the success of the Creation Night run by Paul which was £9/£10 pounds each so I'm gonna push this for a few days and get a mail out to everyone and see if we can get 40 to commit.

Anyone have any thoughts?

what i would do, book a provisional date.

get a list of riders. get money in by the time you need to pay deposit.

then you'll know where you are with the funds. in fact, just ask everyone to pay £15 and you can either, refund what's left, or if everyone agrees any surplus can go to Stephen Murray!

£480.00 between 40 is only £12.

but we only need 32 at £15 to get £480, therefore any more riders is money to Murray, which would be really nice. but it's your call.
if we got 40 riders Stephen would get £120, not life changing granted, but I'm sure in his position every dollar counts!
