stuck my vertigo ones on after a couple of hours - soo as it was dry enough to hold really - did a quick hair dryer on the areas I was going to stick to first... never had any problems  :daumenhoch:

i normally leave the frame in the airing cupboard for a couple of days (makes the washing smell lovely!) then give it a good polish with wet/dry and compound/ t cut to get the best paint finish.

dave i would leave it n a warm place for about a week, it should give you guide lines on the laquer tin, it needs to harden and that dont happen in a few hours   :daumenhoch:

Fella as you know i donr my 500a not so long ago with cans, how many coats did you do? i done 4 coats and then 4 coats of laquer, i left 24 hrs between coats of laquer and at least 3 days after the final coat before putting back together and adding decals.

I know it will never be as good as a coat of super Dans best but i reckon it come out pretty sweet as im sure anyone who see it back on the skyride will tell ya :)

Good luck fella cant wait to see it finish.

mmm... i stuck on the decals then lacquer, then left for 2 weeks or so. All seems good.

So what is best, decals first then lacquer or lacquer then stickies?
