Weinmann rims ACS hubs, what year???

Hi peeps I'm a newbie on here!

I was given some rims at the weekend along with other various bits and pieces, I have no idea of the year of the rims and wondered if anyone could shine some light on the matter, it's just that I've got a few builds underway and if the wheels are keeping in with that era I will use them as they are scrubbing up ok (I've only just started to set about so the pics I post up aren't the finished article!)
They are Weinmann rims, acs hubs, the only other stamp on the rim is 2121 406

i think the hubs are dated i cannt just read what it says on them mine are 83 and stamped on hubs but made in usa i guess thailand made ones came later it looks like yours say 92 so 1992 on the hubs
