Why does it do that if I put the gay pensioner in ?
total sickener Al,especially after all the trouble youve had.having said that it looks the nuts.that candy over chrome must be awesome in the flesh especially if my ghp which is candy over silver looks amazing, bet it rocks
Al looks good mate, bloody shame about the non-drive side hopefully once built it'll be fine, is this for rider or show?
I have found he that he is partial to a few cold tins
WOW!!That finish is awesome, god that's going to look something extra special when done.Shame about the set back, but that's all it is at the end of the day, she'll be worth it in the end . A moment of someone else's carelessness is all it takes to damage all the hard work and effort but, at least it can be srted. I dare say Dan weren't too happy either.
looks absolutely stunning total shame about the damage are you going to get it chromed again

Can I just make this perfectly clear....the damage on the frame was there PRIOR to it arriving with Dan, Dan didn't realise the frame had come directly from the chromers up in york and not via me, and thought i was ok with the marks on it.Thanks Mate, I was referring to the damage at the chromers or when it was in transit. If the scratches can't be felt on your fingertips and is on the chrome layer itself it should polish out nicely. Bit of a PITA but not impossible. Fingers crossed it is and it's easily rectified.
Your patience astonishes me. I would have lost the plot ages ago and set about the thing with a Stihl saw. Hope you can polish out the imperfections. (were they caused by the courier on the journey from the chromers to SBD's?)
Sawzall and i just had a load of stuff done at Hampshire Electro platers in Southampton. It took 5 weeks and to say we're both happy is an understatement. http://www.cylex-uk.co.uk/company/hampshire-electroplating-14104670.htmlWe had our stuff back in 5 weeks.Pictures to come in 5 mins.
