The postie has bought me today all the parts to complete mine, will get it finished tonight and pictures done when I can take some decent ones.

Looking forward to getting this done, Ed how about cleaning this thread up to just the bike pictures and spec's?

Probably better than 10+ pages of BS......lol  :daumenhoch:

Ok here's my contribution to this thread,

1984 DP Firebird Freestyler frame number 4943
Neon Green (thanks SBD)
Haro Master bars (thanks Gashead)
Dia Compe 901's (thanks Gashead)
MX Tech 4's (thanks Gashead
SR Stem, top powdered by SBD (thanks Monkian and Dan)
Skyway tuff 2's (ebay)
Peregrine HP tyres (thanks jamroll)
Redline Flights and BB (thanks Stodgy)
Repro Decals (thanks Del)
Nikyo Headset (thanks JTsmooth)
Victor VP 565 pedals
Odyssey Chainwheel
Dominator Seat
Odyssey Slic Cables (thanks Stodgy)

Really pleased with the way its turned out, may change the chainwheel to a more traditional one but I fitted this as I had one as a kid and its a sentimental thing.

Heres the pictures, did them on the quick, may do more if needed.

Hope you like.  :daumenhoch:

Sweet dude... looks very rideable that  :daumenhoch:

Your axles are well long! get some nice pegs on... if your a pegs person  :coolsmiley:

I nearly went for those tyres... they look peachy.

My white Tech4s have just arrived so I'm just waiting on the DX end caps then its GO.

Cheers for the comments guys, not planning on building another bike for a while so I wanted something special to amuse me.  :daumenhoch:

With regards to the axles, yeah they look a bit naff so may go the peg route although I may even cut them down and tidy the ends up...
