my first old school bmx

I hope i'm posting this in the correct section.

I've put this together with parts from Andy, Paul and Bren, thankyou guys. Last wendnesday I needed brake lever, cable and chain. I had the day off work so on the off chance I took the bike to my friendly lbs that normally deals in very high end mountain bikes and exotic road bikes, custom build stuff. The shop is about 1/4 mile from a small pump track in gilesgate, durham.

Jim, OWNER OF mTS, hooked me up with the parts needed, including an xt  v brake lever to get me away and within an hour or so I was riding :) :) :).

At this point I had better say that I pretty much suck at riding bmx and I am having a go mainly because my boys, Harry 7 and Joe 5 have been having a go at the regionals and are enjoying it, I figure if I'm there anyway, I may as well have a try. I am going to practise when the weather allows and hopefully race at Preston on the 17th
