Favourite bmx - Always wanted a VDC Changa or TA with graphite Tuffs and fancied a Cheeta 10 years or so ago.
Favourite old skool brand - Race inc. , VDC, JMC, Patterson, Torker (all the obvious ones really).
My bike history - Little green thing that was cool, Tomahawk, Eddy Merckx racer, Grifter (gearless with mx plate, DG crossbar pad and mx grips)
First bmx was Pro-Star MX1 complete (1983?).
(1985)DP Firebird freestyler (grip taped top tubes and Zorlac stickers) with araya red rear rim and lavender tuff on front, renthal post that was seized in place, GT Pro bars, DX pedals, aero seat, pink mushrooms, suntour 1pc, dia compe front & rear, Vredestein white walls.
KHE Beater (1995?), Haro kneesavers, 48s, layback post, KHE stem, S&M pedals, AD990s.
S&M Next Gen Holmes (clear coat) frame for sale if anyone wants it, Perigrine 48s, Hoffman jump bars, Primo cranks, seat, Eastern hercules? forks (heavy!), v monsters, 990 back brake, 2 pegs, DK iron cross pedals. Heavy and pretty much unbreakable.
Haro race bike (dunno what year but it had bent top tube and big rectangular chainstays) Jump bars, profiles, iron cross chain ring.
DK race bike (Steve Gealls old one apparently) 180mm Profiles, BFRs, jump bars. Injured myself seriously on this at Slough.
Current bike - Brew Pro XL race frame, Sun BFRs, Taj tyres and grips, Beringer LT bars, 180 Profiles, Primo Mag pedals, imperial ring (not 44t sorry!), Selle Italia roadie saddle, Odyssey race forks, DK or Revell stems, Profile chain tugs and a dust cap from my '83 pro-star!
Dare i mention the Titanium road bike or the steel mountain bike?
