I hate `em but like the Gusset pinheads with steel pins and the Odyssey JCPCs seem the best of them all but more expensive.

ive got a set of seventies on my bike and never had a problem with them, i dont exactly ride like a loon though, i know a lot of people arent into them...but i like them

I've never tried any that actually gripped my foot. Are these a new style?

Won't be grinding em.....would have a clue at the moment how to  

Slammin...............yep can see that happening a lot...althought at the speed I'll be moving.........it will be more of a roll/bounce/break  

Like the look of the oddy JC PC's and the fact the replacement bodies are only a tenner

Peter just get some twisted pc's they're only 16 quid

Mine have lasted nearly 2 years and still going strong

I wouldnt be paying 40 quid for plastic pedals!

eclats ... every one round my way has had them and they last for ages ... and sem to be the stroughest ones to get !... but still get metals !!!

I had the Oddy glow in the dark ones, not strong enough, but grippy enough for sure.
Pins pinged off if you got them anywhere near a pice of coping, I don't grind my pedals, and when I do 50/50s my pedal isn't on the coping, but the occasional miss and the pins just came off.

ive run the oddy ones since they come out loved em up untill a stupid crash in june were the pedal
ripped my thigh to bits and is still healing to this day .hence why i sold me 20
but very grippy lol

I've thought about plastic pedals a few times and that's about as far as I've gone 

just get some Wellgo/DMR mag/ti peds if you want lightness, grippy and reliability in one package

, they'll last forever and look good

i got the plastic with metal pinms ones from steve and they are great good grippy metal pins on lightweight pedal body .
think they are wellgo or gussett

i'm using a bike co hamiltons,some space age plastic with metal pins with different choice of lengths.dunno what plastic it is but it feels like metal.
