this guys got a really nice looking patterson midi up for sale.not sure if the f+f are nos but tyres are and brakes.wheels look used as do a few other bits.good looking bike though.unfortunately the bloke knows what its worth.i offererd him £100 and he put the phone down on me.be a great bike for someone just not for me.his number is kens bikes 01843 221422.
  he's also got a ghp frame just crying out for a resto.looks like some kids been at it with a spray can.also an old set of tuff neck bars and tange trx forks.he's a tough cookie though.

Well that was a worth while little trip.

GHP was in need of a little TLC but I decided to buy it anyway as I like restoring things. I bought the bars that came with it as well. I also picked up a pair of MKS Graphite x pedals in 9/16 that were still in the box. They've got a slight nick on them but I do mean slight and have never been mounted on a bike.

Result.

The GHP is too small for me to Race so I will probably retore it and ebay it, same with the other stuff.

So that makes this another early one, Jan 84 proddy number 425.

Not sure when VDC stopped making them but have a look at the point where the top tube meets the seat tube, if it is squashed into an oval should be a VDC :daumenhoch:

It'll probably be restored and then sold. I'm not about to start paying silly money for GHP parts that aren't available.
