Put me down as a maybe for racing as I'm still unsteady on my pins with this flu I've had. I plan to attend whether I'm racing or spectating.
I'm fecked off as the fitness and skills were improving at a decent rate and I feel like I've gone backwards tha last couple of weeks

I'm in the same boat.   After a good beery do last weekend, I have now picked up another cold/man flu.

So dont worry about it!!

Had to change stem bolt and it dont feel tight enought but
feels liek it will strip if I tighten it any more

Liams got the ones off the pink LTF, no warranty on the wombolts, they're too old apparently, lifetime warranty means jack shit these days... 

Matts got the cranks off the Challenger, snapped his macneil cranks last week and again no warranty...  i might have em back by early next week

Got a set of GT profiles on another bike but i just cant be arsed taking em off.... bit pissed off with it all at the mo...

guys ive lost strap off me knee/shin guards so need some new ones what does everyone wear and where did u get em from .need to be comfy not too expensive and able to wear over me jeans .ta guys

I use 661 Racelite that I got from Chained Reaction. You can borrow mine tomorrow if you want - if I'm up to riding I'll just use my footy shin pads.

i can still wear mine but i need to look for new ones as they dont fasten tight with one strap missing .they will be okay for short term though
