My main memory of these were that they must have been made of solid lead! They weighed a little short of twelve tonnes I think.Also - they were the bikes that you could hire out at Eastway BMX track.
I know some people are fans of these, but in reality they were a joke, along with burners they was the UKs answer to BMX, talk about take the p1ss outta the kids with complete crap. These bike weighed a ton, snapped easily, handled like a giraffe on ice.No wonder this country was in the sh1t in the early 80s. Its a shame that it took a while for UK companies started making decent bikes
