kappa in the park

A few weeks ago there was an older dude around 40/42 or so at bay66 riding a Kappa,  heres a pic of it.  The seat post was close to 8" high or so

looking at the flared top tube and the placement of the rear brake,i'd say that's a Brutus. If you see him again,just for curiosity sake,can you see what the frame number is. Be interested to see if it's close to mine.
