My revised FBM Bitchin Camaro
« on: September 10, 2010, 12:09 PM »
I adore this frame - it's old and slightly taty aroud the edges - but Ive just given it a new lease of life with some C H R O M E !

usa made FBM Bitchin Camaro frame 2007 21.25"
WeThePeople Hollow Helium forks
Fit DLT toplad stem
DK Crazy8 bars
Demolition missile grips
Deore V brake
Profile cranks
United 28t chainring
Eastern sealed Pedals
WeThePeopel supreme seat
Kink seatpost
Deluxe clamp
Odyssey Aitken tyres
Odyssey Midway rims
DK Alpha front hub
Odyssey race cassette rear hub - 10mm bearings put into a 10t one piece driver to allow smaller gearing...

ZOOOOOM!

Very nice Steve. Love how it ticks the "race bike" boxes but keeps the "jump bike" look.
Nice to see a frame with a few chips and scratches.  :daumenhoch:

I don't get those interrupted bits with the bare brake cable. Not that i don't like that, a Huffy i once bought had that, too -- just that i'd like to know WHY interrupt the housing? Anyway :coolsmiley: .......... pretty cool that.

The bit of "cable" that has outer missing has ZERO friction and ZERO compression loss.   :daumenhoch:
Argue amongst yourselves if it really makes any diffrence  ;)
