Personally I would pursue it as like skki3330 say's it's a binding contract once the auction ends as far as im aware  

Throw the book at the little scroat    He's the fookin numpty for ,  1 not placing a reserve on it and 2 not putting BMX in the title

Ive had nightmares on ebay. Skidmark off here won a bike off somebody and cos the price was low the guy tried to charge him a collection fee...
