and by the sounds of it if skki3330 hadn't bid against you to £150 you would have got it even cheaper

If i knew i would have bid more lol not really i wernt paying more than that, little gutted though i reckon its a good one, anyway i bet the seller is pissed he though he was going to get loads more.

I pm'd the guy and offered him £250 plus post for it as soon as it appeared? and he said he'd been offered more? so was leaving it run...I never even noticed bmx was not in the title!

hi again,just spoke to the lad that owns the bike and hes not happy,hes saying he told me that he wanted a reserve on it.i told him that there is fees to cum out of that and now wants me to make up the difference.im sorry.this is wat i get for helping someone out.not sure were we stand now .he said not to let it go for such a low price, as someone who know's about these bikes,know's it's worth alot more.really really sorry. paul.

You know i kinda knew this would happen after i had a few emails back and forth from him with offers, i think he thought he was going to get around £500+. Mate i would get onto ebay and send them the email the auction is a binding contract and you can take him to a small claims court im sure.

I had a similar thing with a pushchair I won . Dosey mare selling it didn't put a reserve on it and I won it for about £5.
I tried to get ebay to sort it out and she just refused to sell it. She had the cheek to offer me another one for £50

Nothing much you can do apart from court action and bad feedback.
I have been lucky with something else I bought, badly worded advert and nobody else spotted it and got it for very little. The bloke selling it was a bit miffed but he knew he messed up, it's not like your going to offer more though.
