you will know i'm a small fan of the quadangle, it was my last and favourite bmx back in 1984 so i suppose its a little close to my heart... as if you havent seen then already, here they are (slightly modified) in loft poses as usual.....
1985 freestyler quadangle...
i was going to change the colour of this frame to black but decided it was too nice to strip....
put some flites on now as the maxi cross just didnt seem right, and decided to stick to zeddies instead of going the skyway route..
1984 quadangle
just love the look of his as i have a bit of a fettish with the gold contrast...
took the gold shiney side ukai's off, ukai's always seemed to come second fiddle to araya's bitd, and they was'nt much of them around here tbh, everyone seemed to have araya's... i think the gold araya's look better anyhow....
1986 quadangle...
they changed a few of the angles of the quad in 86, most noticable was the addition of a bit-bull brake hole near the BB....
just had to do a candy red one to sit beside the candy blue one, just because i like the colours....
had black skyways on this first, but they were the repro graffites, which looked nice but not as nice as the more era correct black zeddies that came after, but to give it the full on racer look i thought these gold araya's were more suitable...
1983 quadangle
now onto my fave of all, pearl white is my favourite colour, i know its not original but think it just looks awesome, this was built up using all nos parts including dare i say nos F+F, and nos red skyways.... thinking of re-doing this just plain old white just to be more original, but that will happen when i get round to it....
and finaly my 1999 USA ally quad i use as a rider, chosen so i can have a decent back brake, oh! and because i like the look of it...
