Rickman Freestyler - did they make em in black?
« on: January 15, 2011, 11:42 PM »
Evening,

Picked up a Rickman Freestyler F&F in good nick but in black.

Already decided to turn in white with the help of SBD, but interested to know if they did come in black and whether this makes it a fairly late one.

Decals are a bit unusual too.

Any info appreciated.

Thanks

Dan

I seem to recall that the only factory finishes were white and chrome but I also think they did a custom finish service too on special order.  We used to get them powder coated on special order for customers at Heff's Bike Shop but I only recall two of three like that and they were green and blue as spoosed to black.

Thanks fella's.

It's a good paint job but you have confirmed my memory that its white or chrome only.

Decals look dodgy too.

SBD's for bright white and Del for the decals!

Will get some pics up once its back.

Thanks again
