In case anyone doesnt know yet, the planned fixture at Hersden for 22nd August has been cancelled, as the track is still going under redevelopment.
I took a trip up to the track today, and all remnence of the old track has now vanished
, but the new track is really coming on, and after talking to Steve Jenks at Gosport last weekend, he assures me that the place will be something special when complete.
The fixture for 12 September still stands and we are told we should be ok then, and the August date that has been lost will be replaced, probably in October.
