I would think so mate.
Is it the picture, or has the seat tube had work ?
Worth a shout either way.

Yep, the seat tubes had a repair, unfortunately  :daumenhoch:

anythings possible, donker made me up a seat tube for this (top job) frame was in three bits until i had it welded ,then i polished it to fook :daumenhoch:

heres mine as i got it top bit missing drilled full of holes drop outs drilled out for new skool axle
and about 18 layers of paint donker did me a seat too lol
