There is another Lad on here 'FHM reader' he has done quite a few ET paint jobs and also a chap on one of the burner forums 'The Styler' name of Jay,I've been told he can do them aswell 
tbh guys i can do it but through sheer work load on the powder and the colour matched two pack frame i've chose
not to get involved, i've never done one as yet so wouldnt want to go through the stress and time factor trying
to get it perfect
i'm sure meticuoless has done these
