Just a little build to keep my mongoose tastebuds active  :LolLolLolLol:

1979 mongoose frame with tange pinched forks (was already powdered and stickered before it came my way)
Steel hub coaster tuffs (forgot to anchor the coaster arm before pics - oops ;D )
Cheng Shin C183 fat/thin combo
mongoose bars/Ashtabula gooseneck stem
oury grips
Ashtabula crank
union pedals
early Takagi MX spider and chainring
mongoose stamped Kashimax seat
mongoose SS seatpost
mongoose seatclamp
mongoose headset
mongoose BB
Original NOS mongoose padset

the chain ring bolts look strange ?

Cheers lads  :)

The chainring bolts are original - this is an early (75-78 ish) takagi spider / ring combo that's quite hard to come by (although I do have another set ! ) The chainring has recesed hex slots on the rear to accept the nuts  :)

Mongoose used Hunt Wilde, Winner's Circle, Oury and Oakley grips and obviously mongoose grips, maybe OGK Hex grips in early years but not Mach.
