Dc MX hinged seat clamps

Quick question, is there anyway to tell if a dia compe MX hinged seat clamp is a fake?

I have a clamp, in white and it has the dc engraved in it so I think it's the real deal, but is there any surefire way to tell?

if it's stamped DC it's real .....

fakes are not dc stamped they just be mx stamped. you have the real deal by the sounds of it
