Suntour Superbe Hubs Question.
« on: July 15, 2010, 09:16 AM »
Can someone tell me if it is possible to switch out the quick release type (with lever) spindle & workings with a 'normal' bmx type spindle with simple washer and nut fixing?  ???

I got hold of some large flange 36 hole hubs but want to use them for BMX. Thanks in advance.  :daumenhoch:

Yes you can swap out the axles no problem.  Mattdub has a set on his Champion.

I have swapped out the quick release axles on a set of Campagnolo Tipo's and an old set of Sunshines.
