Just finished my cruiser build
« on: July 09, 2010, 09:17 AM »
My cruiser build is done...Still have to change a few small items but this is essentially how it will be.
Big thanks to those that have helped me with getting the parts to build it.

The cruiser itself consists of a Maxxim Team Issue frame, Answer Proforx, Profile cranks/Chainwheel/Titanium spindle, JP pro round pedals, Shimano 3/32 chain, Shimano freewheel, Chrome plated rims/Stainelss spokes/High flange sealed bearing hubs, Cheng Shin Comp III tyres, Tioga Beartrap headset, DK XXL inverted stem, Chromoly cruiser bars, Jive grips, Tech 77 lever, Shimano brake cable, Pitbull brakes with Koolstop pads, Odyssey Posi Stop seat clamp, Chromoly micro adjust seat post, Odyssey Aitken seat, S&M pad set for that real mid school look.

Now for the pics :)

And a pic of the cruiser next to my Auburn :)

The Maxxim rides real nice...It has very similar geometry to the S&M Widowmaker cruisers :)

Here are some pics of the Quad...This is what it looked like as soon as I threw it all together - Before I adjusted the seat angle and brought the bars back a bit.
I have changed a few parts on it since these pics...It now has a polished Profile Imperial sprocket on it and a few other bits and pieces.
