Yeah mate it was good here back then! And Shaun Gilmore lived near me. A mrd rider and europien champ. The local woodland track was also a sat morning training ground for all the mrd team and us worshipers lol.

Yep what do you wanna know about SJK? I hooked a radster up with one recently as I know the SJK guys pretty well.

They defo weren't a skyway copy but quite innovative with an oversized press in headset.

Speak to Phil (Sawzall). He has a couple of these and has contacts with the guys that used to produce them.

Ive still got my SJK Hurricane - used by myself way-back in the 80's
Got it from a friends dad - I was under the impression that he was in the accountancy business and had something to do with the recievers when the company was closed down - I may be wrong on this though - when you are 14 these things dont seem to matter

Spec on my bike
SKJ Hurricane  F&F
Skyway Tuff II - Black - Mitsibushi Silver Star CompIII tryes
Renthal Pro Bars - Superstrongs  - California Lite Black & Silver Pads
Suntour Bear-Trap pedals XCII's
DiaCompe Mx1000 ( Front ) & Mx900 ( Rear ) & Diacompe 1 finger levers
Elina UL seat & post
Takagi onepiece crank with pro-neck powerdisc and sprocket

I will post some pics once I have taken them
