probably on a non starter with this, but you can ask for nowt ,     ,   got a f+f i'm trying to id ,  on the bb is a post code---      TS18 5QG  which is Lyndon Way Stockton-On-Tees ,,  anybody live , grew up , live near that road ?

Well I live there so can try and help a bit 

Main bike shop around that time was Skinnergate cycles really, only other place was uptons where I beleive they sold bikes ?
